For over 17 years, I advanced in the IT industry, and as the years progressed, I established myself in the role of a Cloud Solutions Architect. However, a series of personal and global events in 2019 and 2020, including the loss of my father and the global pandemic, led to a period of deep introspection. I looked in the mirror and realized I had become someone I barely recognized. I had gained weight and had unintentionally slipped into an unhealthy lifestyle. This realization pushed me to understand that I needed to make a change.

So, as 2021 dawned,

I set off on a transformative 90-day challenge.

It was a rewarding journey, and by its end, not only did I shed 34 lbs and reduce my body fat from 22% to 15.6%, but I also experienced transformations that went beyond just physical changes. My skin started to glow, my sleep improved, my cognitive abilities increased, and I was able to lead a caffeine-free life. My transformation wasn’t just physical – I had completely shifted my mindset around food. Continuing on this new lifestyle, my body fat later dropped to an astounding 14.7%.

This principle became the cornerstone of my own wellness philosophy. Today, my approach extends beyond this foundation.

Food Freedom is about mindful eating, about choosing foods that nourish our bodies rather than feeding our emotional cravings. It’s about a guilt-free relationship with food, about enjoying what you eat while keeping your body healthy and nourished.

Inspired by my personal transformation, I started coaching others on their journey towards Food Freedom. However, I quickly realized that many of us have deeply rooted food addictions, emotional eating, and binge eating habits that we aren’t even aware of.

Determined to find solutions, I delved deeper into the study of personal development, earning certifications in hypnotherapy and life coaching. This new knowledge allowed me to understand the complex relationship between the mind and body, and it armed me with the tools to guide people towards a balanced lifestyle.

Now, my mission is to provide holistic solutions for a radiant, fulfilling life. Having walked this path myself, I assure you I understand your struggles. As a WILDFIT® Coach, C. Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, and meditation trainer, my aim is to redefine your relationship with food, guiding you towards achieving Wellness Beyond Mind. My approach is a unique blend of the WILDFIT® philosophy, skills acquired from my hypnotherapy and life coaching, and invaluable insights gained from my own transformation journey.
